Really comfortable bed with the plumpest pillows ever! Sheets really felt luxurious! Well located hotel with amazing views from your bed! Breakfast was really varied and delicious. There was a noodle station and the obligatory egg station where the chef was really cheerful and made a lovely omelette! All in all a very good stay!

Location of the hotel was perfect, directly connected to the raffles city mall and right above the city hall MRT. Breakfast was also good(practically the same as swissotel as they share many of the facilities including gym and swimming pool). However staffs were abit robotic for a 5 star hotel, and fairmont no longer participate in lounge access for platinum members as well which was quite a disappointment. Overall stay was okay, but our experience in swissotel was way better. Will definitely chose to stay in swissotel the next time around.

I thoroughly enjoyed my nearly week-long stay at this hotel. The room interior was thoughtfully designed and upscale, with every detail carefully curated for a convenient and comfortable experience. The city view was a delightful bonus, adding to the overall charm of my stay.

We stayed in the South Tower and had Gold lounge access. The real positives were a really nice bathroom with very good shower. All amenities and plenty of towels. Bedroom was a good size and bed comfortable but it was a real challenge to stay a week for two people for wardrobe and drawer space. It was minimal with only two small drawers by the wardrobes and very much smaller as part of the bedside table. The light and curtain system was a challenge as was the air con. There is a fridge/ tea coffee tap water unit which takes up a lot of space on one side of the bed which was difficult to negotiate in the dark to go to the bathroom. We had Gold lounge access which was excellent. Staff were friendly ,attentive and helpful. Breakfast was served with an egg station. Happy hour was from 5.30 to 7.30 pm and had a good selection of food and drinks. Would certainly return.

What an amazing experience, quality great food, staff most especially Grace & Ron very welcoming & friendly! Indeed a well deserving 10/10 rating!!! Highly recommended for family friendly who travels alot with kids most especially! Love the pool, the bath, the suite, the view, the location & the accessibility to everything… pretty easy to catch the train from here!!!
